Gale Samuelsen is an outstanding realtor. When we moved to Arizona, Gale gave us continuous support throughout the renting of a home, and months later during the purchasing of our first home in AZ. We appreciated her knowledge and expertise as we went through negotiations with the seller. We were most grateful at Gale's patience with us in navigating through our search, even during difficult decision making. Gale was a helpful voice of knowledge as we discussed our opinions and thoughts. Gale Samuelsen is highly recommended.

I have been looking to purchase in the Goodyear AZ/Estrella community for about 3 years and recently purchased a single-family dwelling with Gale as my agent. Gale has been extremely patient with me through this process while helping me find what exactly what I want for a price in my price range. (Gale and I have probably looked at 30-40 houses in 3-4 communities). Gale is an excellent communicator: Gale is a good listener to the needs and wants of her client (me) and Gale takes the time to logically explain pros and cons of specific properties and communities per my needs. Gale always responds promptly to my communications. I am 100% satisfied with the service Gale provided and I would certainly choose her to assist with my future real estate needs.

We have purchased a home with Gale back in 2013, and then sold that same home in 2018 with her. Both times Gale was perfectly attentive, prompt, and very easy to deal with. Gale provided us guidance on prepping the home for sale, resources to do the necessary work, and helped get an offer in two days on the market. I highly recommend Gale, whether you are buying or selling a home!

My husband and I purchased our first home with Gale and have recently sold that home and purchased another all with Gale by our side. Every step of the way has been incredible - we have always felt supported, truly cared about, and that we have an advocate. Gale makes the process easy. We have also recommended Gale to friends and family with equally great results. She is a no-brainer for anyone looking to buy a home in the Phoenix area.

We would highly recommend Gale! She was recommended by a family member, she was very professional and honest. She knew the market and was attentive to every detail. She helped us along each step of the way- and sold our house quickly and for market price! We felt very comfortable with everything, and she always responded in a timely manner! She has even offered to help find an agent in our new location. Would definitely call her again if the need arises!

We were referred to Gale by a friend of ours. Gale provided us with an exceptional experience in purchasing our condo in the US. As we were first time buyers, Gale made the purchase easy. She provided us with all the details and answered all our dumb questions. As we are from out of the country, Gale visited our condo and arranged for all the inspections. Gale was also onsite for the inspection and provided us with regular updates. Gale is a get the job done type of person which is one of the things we like about her. We will be working with Gale again in 2019 as we plan on purchasing another property.

We put our home up for sale in Goodyear Arizona in 2018, Gale Samuelsen was our realtor. Her knowledge and professionalism helped us feel very comfortable with the whole procedure of selling our home. She was always on top of every little detail, and quick to answer any questions we may have had, even late at night, or on weekends. I trusted Gale with all of her suggestions and recommendations and was extremely satisfied with the outcome of the sale of our home. We highly recommend Gale Samuelsen if you are looking for a realtor.

If you're looking to sell or buy, this is your lady. Gale is one of the nicest people I have ever met and very easy to get along with. She is very experienced and after speaking with her, I knew that I had nothing to worry about when it came to selling my house. Throughout the whole process, she made sure everything was taken care of and had excellent communication with me. I would strongly recommend her to any of my friends or family.
